Apple Cider Vinegar-Weight Loss/Arthritis/Wart Removal

What you can see on my finger is a wart.  So to try and get rid of it naturally, i’m going to be experimenting with a product called Apple Cider Vinegar.  I’ve been doing a lot of reading up about ‘ACV’ and I’m very excited to have learned about many of the homeopathic properties of Apple Cider Vinegar.

I added 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with filtered water and ice. The main reasons I’m drinking this product aside from treating my wart is to help with my arthritis.  But i’ve also read that it can help with leg cramps too.  You can put diluted ACV in a spray bottle and when you get a cramp, spray it on your leg and it eases the cramp.  I’m also using it for my eczema!  It’s so much like the coconut oil for it’s many benefits.

ACV can help your arthritis by loosening up your joints. Since looking into this subject I have read hundreds of testimonials claiming apple cider vinegar has helped if not completely cured there ailments.

I’m really enjoying the ACV in my water.  To me it’s like adding a lemon slice to your water.

  1. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but
I find this matter to be really something that I think I would
never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for
me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
