This video is about my new found love for apple cider vinegar
Having seen a number of YouTube videos with peoples testimonies about Apple Cider Vinegar, I wanted to try it out, to try something more natural. A lot of these chemical based products are really not good for our skin.
So if you’re interested in trying it out, I suggest doing a spot test on your skin first, to make sure nothing funky goes on, because not everyone’s skin is the same.
Get a Q-Tip and either diluted or not, put a little on your skin. Give it a little time to see if your skin is ok. If you don’t get a rash, an outbreak or anything like that, you should be fine. If you do find everything’s ok, you can then use it on your whole face. Once you’ve cleaned your face with the Apple Cider Vinegar, you can either wash it off after ten minutes or leave it on over night and then rinse it off in the morning. I don’t rinse it off at all, but use it as a natural skin toner.
I’ve read there are pills you can take, or you can drink it. I think drinking it would speed up the results more and have heard it’s better than the pills. I don’t drink it, I just put it on my skin and I’m good to go!
There are a number of ways to take apple cider vinegar the most common being drinking the raw unfiltered ACV mixed with water and honey as a sweetener, another great way is to purchase apple cider vinegar in supplement form. Although this method might not have as quick results it’s a great way to avoid the unpleasant taste associated with drinking ACV.
They also say you should use the Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, as it has all the nutrients and everything in there. Apple Cider Vinegar is now part of my beauty regime. Check it out. I want to let people know, that there are hundreds of natural products out there that are both healthy and amazingly powerful beauty products.
