Each tablet contains natural apple cider vinegar. There are no additives or fillers like in most ACV products.
Some people report less than desirable side effects after using these products. This is because the tablet in 35% acidic acid, that can potentially cause tongue and mouth problems, tooth enamel decay and an increased risk of ulcers.
This product is all natural, therefor ‘allegedly’ safe to take, although care should be taken when dealing with high doses of acidic acid. The tablets come in different size doses, although I’ve found 1000mg to be the most common.
Another reason to take apple cider vinegar supplements is the high fiber content, helping them serve as a appetite suppressant as well as aiding in general health.
