Natural Remedies & Nutrition : Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Hi every one my name is Ezabell i’m a nutrition and wellness consultant in the bay area  today we are going to learn about the benefits of apple cider vinegar and there many of them! The most important thing is to get good apple cider vinegar you want to get the unfiltered kind it has more poweful anti oxidant and more of the great health giving properties.

The most obvious use is salad dressing of course but many people also use apple cider vinegar for weight loss purposes just mix 2 tbl spoons of apple cider vinegar with a small glass of water and drink it you can make several drinks throuout the day and sip it slowly. The same type of mix but a little more potent would be 1 part acv too 2 parts water this can actually be used as a skin toner all over your body.

Also something that you may not think of, lets say you have been out side and your sun burnt but you have no after sun lotion? you can use your 1 part acv too 2 part water solution to treat sunburn. Simply apply using a cotton bud to your skin for instant relief.

The last thing I will mention is that apple cider vinegar is great for is treating dandruff  rinse your hair with acv after shampooing for a nice clear scalp. These are just a few of my tops tips on how to use apple cider vinegar , I hope you learned something new take care.
