Did you know that apple cider vinegar is used for many different things around the house ranging from cleaning to health?

Today I’m going to talk to you about using apple cider vinegar to kill bad bacteria and acne. Now you can use it as an astringent, you may want to dilute it down slightly as neat it can be a little strong. But all you would do is wet a cloth with your ACV and use that to wipe your face. However there is another method when using apple cider vinegar and that’s using it internally! To do this all you must do is take a couple of table spoons of apple cider vinegar and add them to a glass of water (if you want to add a little honey to the mixture you can do that as well) but on the whole it doesn’t taste too bad.

It works by changing the PH in your stomach, which also helps balance your hormones which in turn will help balance out your skin problems such as acne. So you can drink this stuff every day (I drink it twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed)

Within a week or so of drinking apple cider vinegar regularly you should notice your skin looking healthy and a massive reduction in spots, give it a try!
