How Vinegar Helps Dry, Itchy Skin Natural Health Remedies

Vinegar is an anti inflammatory, antiseptic both internally as well as topically. Even though ACV has an acid PH. of around 4.5 – 5 it has an anti inflammatory and alkalizing effect on the body.  So today I’m going to demonstrate with a bottle of Braggs apple cider vinegar.

This stuff is great it’s unfiltered & unpasteurized and containing the mother (a living raw enzyme you can see floating in the bottom of the bottle.)

What to do?

This part is very simple all you have to do is to take a small cotton bud hold it over the top of the bottle and turn it upside down; this should give the cotton ball a nice coating of acv. Next simple apply it to the affected area of your skin, beware it will leave a bit of a vinegar odor but that won’t last too long

So that’s it really simple, remember to look into taking apple cider vinegar internally as that can also offer you some really great health benefits.

Thanks guys, hope this helps.
