Tips from Health’s Kitchen – Apple Cider Vinegar for Sore Throats

Today’s tip from health’s kitchen is apple cider vinegar for sore throats.

All you need to do is pour a small about of acv into an eight ounce glass of water, stir the mixture and drink it very slowly. However I must mention do not gargle as gargling is not good for the vocal cords. The apple cider vinegar will kill the bacteria which is very important as you never know if a sore throat might be a strep germ and that could possibly lead to pneumatic fevers. So at the first sign of a sore throat, don’t wait. Start straight away with the apple cider vinegar. You can take this in conjunction with antibiotic. Make sure when your buying apple cider vinegar you look for the raw unfiltered type as this stuff will hold a lot of the unique health benefits.

Apple cider vinegar can be used to treat many other things such as bee stings, mosquito bites, sunburns and much much more.

Hope this was helpful.
