Raw Coconut Vinegar Vs Apple Cider Vinegar- The Health Benefits

Hi everyone i‘m Roxanne, i‘m here to tell you today about something I discovered a few days ago called raw coconut vinegar. This brand here is called coconut secretes and right here it saying “more nutritious than apple cider vinegar) I thought Wo! This is something I’m going to have to check out as there is a book 3 inches think full of all the amazing health uses of apple cider vinegar including cleaning blood, arthritis & blood pressure. So I decided to give this stuff a try, I had my first experience with it last night and it was awesome it tasted like vinegar basically, it’s not as strong as apple cider vinegar but as you can see in the bottom of the bottle it defiantly contains some of the mother. On the back it basically says this is the nutrient rich sap that you get from the coconut blossom its also an abundant source of 17 amino acids, broad spectrum B vitamins and has an nearly neutral PH balance.

I have been trying to dig out some more info about this product but seems to be very little info online so far so I can only assume it must be a relativly new product, but I love the effects I have felt so far and we keep you posted as to my progress. If any of you have used this stuff in the past please let us know in the comment block bellow.
