Raw Vegan Fresh Cashew Hemp Dressing with a touch of Apple Cider Vinegar and Basil

Hello There,

First of all we have to say that we absolutely love all the comments, emails and feedback we receive from you. It is so fun to hear your thoughts and read your comments – it is all about interactions and we love to connect with you! We are one big co-creating family. Aren´t we? :)   Keep in mind that we always, always will be your sisters.

We are also so happy to hear about your response and interest in hearing more about personal development and how to release fears and inner blockages. It is one of our favorite topics, actually. Maybe because it is so tabu to speak about and we secretively like to be a bit rebellious. Imagine if each one of us started to talk more about our fears and anxiety in a loving and supporting way.

Not complaining or trying to avoid the topic and pretend it does not exist – but instead do our best to heal it! What if we realized deep down that we are all in this together? Like really, all together. What keeps you up in the night and gives you anxiety most likely does the same for so many of your brothers and sisters. What if we decided to stand together and help each other to heal our headaches and sicknesses instead of pretending they don not exist?

Deep within us we all know that whatever we are facing will never ever leave us until we have learned the lessons needed.

In energy terms that means, we are vibrating on one frequency and if we wish to change our lives in one or many aspects – we need to raise our vibration to reach higher frequencies. How do we do that? There are two parts we have to consider.

1. Forward – Keep your focus on where you want to go. Become 100 % clear with yourself and what you want to accomplish.

2. Backward – Clean up your inner mess and re-program your subconoscious mind. You need to change all those hidden beliefs you carry within you without even knowing. Those are the ones that are preventing you from making right conscious decision towards your goals.

All of this when we are 100 % focused in the present moment. The secret is to be fully present.

Today we want to share an extremely good and refreshing salads dressing we did last week. It took our salad to complete new leves. Mmhmm! Super easy to make as well. So let´s have a look at our Raw Vegan Fresh Cashew Hemp Dressing with a touch of Apple Cider Vinegar and Basil. You gonna love it!

Raw Vegan Fresh Cashew Hemp Dressing with a touch of Apple Cider Vinegar and Basil

INGREDIENTS
Raw Vegan Fresh Cashew Hemp Dressing with a touch of Apple Cider Vinegar and Basil (3-4 servings)
– 3/4 cup cashew (soaked)
– 1/4 cup hemp seeds
– 1/2 cup water
juice from 1/2 lemon
– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
some basil leaves to taste with

salad
spinach
cherry tomatoes
orange and red bell pepper
cucumber
sprouts

topping
melon seeds
pumkin seeds

Start by making your salad´s dressing by putting all the ingredients in your blender. Start with less water and add until you are satisfied with the consistency and taste. Put in a bowl.

Now make your salad by chopping all the ingredients. Toss some of the dressing in your salad. Keep the rest of the dressing in a seperated bowl and serve with your salad.

Before we leave you for now we want to share today´s powerful words with you by Napoleon Hill:

“Do not wait: the time will never be ‘just right’. Start where you stand, and work whatever tools you may have at your command and better tools will be found as you go along.”

Much love,
