Hi you know what; I realized it’s been a while since I did one of these videos. Today I’m going to be talking to you about apple cider vinegar. I’m sure all of you have all heard of apple cider vinegar, its basically just fermented apple juice, its full of vitamins C, B and of course folic acid. Firstly let me tell you about how you ca n take apple cider vinegar orally, you can actually dilute a cup of water with maybe 1 or 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and have it before your meal. Now to get the full benefit you meant to take it 3 times a day once before each meal. But to start things of I would suggest just taking it once a day in the morning. Just to see how your body is going to react to it, I mean you are introducing something new to your body.
I suggest you take one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it in one cup of luke warm water and have this on a empty stomach. I try to fit this in before I eat my breakfast then you can slowly increase your dosage to three times daily. It’s a new year and a lot of us have a goal to get back on track and really work on our fitness. I’m just going to refer to apple cider vinegar as ‘ACV’ From now on okay. Acv reduces your blood sugar, Acv also helps to lower your cholesterol and it increases your metabolism which in turn helps to make you thinner but of course you can not expect apple cider vinegar alone to get your fit. You have to haven a healthy diet and an good exercise regime, this is just going to help you with that. Now if you are diabetic you have to take extra precaution to keep checking your blood sugar, because apple cider vinegar can reduce the levels of sugar in your bloodstream.
Apple cider vinegar is also very good for your stomach so if you suffer from indigestion or diarrhea or any similar problems then apple cider vinegar is actually good for those kind of issues as well. Another thing apple cider vinegar is really good for is detoxification. It actually breaks down the mucus in your body and helps to cleans your lymph nodes. It is also said to be rich in calcium, magnesium and potassium which means it is actually good for your bone health, it will make your bones stronger and healthier over time. It even stimulates blood circulation meaning it can clean out your liver again aiding in detoxification.
Now apple cider vinegar is an antiseptic, so it actually helps you fight any infection caused by bacteria or a virus and because of this apple cider vinegar can be used as a rinse or a soak. Now when you use it as a rinse or a soak obviously you dilute it in a tub or bucket of water and you soak in it, this is actually good to treat yeast infection. Also if you are suffering from foot or nail fungus you can just soak the effected area in a bowl of this mixture and it should clear up within days. Apple cider vinegar also helps to relieve the pain and discomfort to comes with sunburn it also helps to reduce the redness due to its anti inflammatory properties, this also mean ACV is good for people suffering from arthritis. You can use a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water as a mouth wash, this actually breaks down stains ns your gums as well as your teeth.
Apple cider vinegar is amazing for the hair and I have made a hair tutorial a long, long time ago and I had used this in that recipe. You can use it as a clarifying rinse so basically what happens with your hair is. All of us use a lot of products on our hair and even if you don’t use products on your hair your scalp produces natural oils which can build up over time. Every time that you wash your hair you might feel like your washing off all the products. But there are certain chemicals and all that kind of stuff that from your conditioner or from your shampoo or from your hair oil and clogs your scalp.
Apple cider vinegar cleans all of that, After you have shampooed your hair get some apple cider vinegar rinse your hair and bam. It also gives your hair a lot of shine, volume, body and leaves your hair feeling great and really soft. It also helps to prevent dandruff which is amazing and saves some people a whole heap of cash that would have been spent on expensive shampoos.
You can also you apple cider vinegar for you face as it has amazing toning properties it also balances the PH level of your skin which many face toners can throw out of sync.
