Fight Arthritis Pain with Apple Cider Vinegar and Cherry Juice

In this video we look at the health benefits of drinking cherry juice mixed with apple cider vinegar. This popular combination is known to help treat a number of conditions including gout and arthritis.

Welcome back to our kitchen, today with have a great video for all of you that are suffering from arthritis pain and stiffness.

Lets get started, first add a tea spoon of apple cider vinegar to an empty glass, next I’m going to add the cherry juice. Now this cherry juice here is 100% pure cherry juice. Fill the glass ½ full with the cherry juice. Okay guys we are ready to try our cherry juice with apple cider vinegar. Yes to good health guys.
