Hey guys, this video in particular is for you ladies and what I would like to talk to you today about is bacterial infections of the lady kind, these include urinary track infections as well as BV and yeast infections. But fear not, after following these simple steps infections are going to be a thing of the past.

bv natWhat are you going to need?

The first thing you are going to want to purchase is baking soda, this stuff is amazing! As well as baking soda you will also need a bottle of high quality apple cider vinegar.

So how does this work? Well, baking soda is an amazing PH restorer and ACV (apple cider vinegar) works to alkalize our bodies. The reason that we get bacterial infections in the first place is due to the fact our bodies PH balance is out of balance and because yeast thrives in an acidic environment.

First of all add ¼ of a teaspoon of baking soda to an empty cup, next add a tablespoon of ACV to your mixture. There will be a loud fizzing sound at this point, but do not worry this is perfectly normal. The best thing to do at this point is to leave the mixture for around 10 minutes until the fizzing has completely stopped.

Once your mixture is fizz free we need to add our filtered water, simply fill up the additional space in your cup with this water. This helps to dilute the mixture and stop the acid in the vinegar from damaging your teeth.

Now you guys can’t smell what I’m smelling or taste what I’m tasting, but I assure you this stuff does not taste good. However, if you want a fast acting natural remedy that really works this is the one for you!

That’s it guys hope you all find this useful and please drop us a comment below if you have any additional tips or questions.
