How to use Apple Cider Vinegar For Weight Loss 2014

If you are looking to start a weight loss program and are looking for something easy to get you started I have just the thing. Today we are going to be learning about the benefits of using apple cider vinegar for weight loss.

The best way for you to utilize ACV is to mix it with a glass of water. Simply add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and drink before a meal. Mixing vinegar with the water helps to avoid damaging tooth enamel and drinking this regularly will help to alkalize your body.

When we eat, the stomach produces a type of acid to help digest the food. Sometimes, however the body over produces this acid. Drinking apple cider vinegar can help to reduce this problem. It is also beneficial for people with somewhat of a sweet tooth as ACV is known to help reduce cravings.

A word of warning, however. Even though apple cider vinegar is great and very good for us, don’t go over kill and use too much as nothing is good in excess.
