Welcome back to our kitchen today I’m going to show you another that that you can incorporate apple cider vinegar in to your diet and this time its going to taste great. Okay lets get started. First we are going to take 8 ounces of apple juice. Next we a,dd just one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. All you need to do is give the mixture a nice stir and add it to the chiller. Trust me it tastes so good when its cold.
Serve with a straw and your ready to drink. The vitamin c in the apple juice and the acid in the ACV is a great combination for burning fats.
