Using apple cider vinegar as a beauty product

Hi everyone and welcome, today I want to talk about something that I absolutely love,it’s probably in your kitchen cabinet and I use it every day for beauty uses. It’s called apple cider vinegar. To be honest, it smells nasty, it tastes nasty but it works wonders. The brand that I use is called Braggs, its raw, unfiltered organic ACV with ‘the mother’ The mother is the cobweb like stands you see floating in the bottle this is actually a living enzyme that holds the majority of apple cider vinegar health benefits.  Apple cider vinegar is great for a few things, I of the thing I do is drink it. All I do is simply add a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water, you don’t want to drink it raw as this stuff is so acidic, it’s going to eat away at your tooth enamel and the tissue lining of your throat.

Another great thing about apple cider vinegar is it helps to stabilize your bodies PH levels, even though apple cider vinegar is acidic, it has an alkalizing effect on the body once consumed.

Apple cider vinegar as a toner:

After washing my face I will cleanse and next it’s time to use our acv, simply pat it on your face using a cotton pad to distribute it evenly over your face. This will help to neutralize your faces PH level in a similar way to internal use.

No Poo.

This is one if the best uses I have found in apple cider vinegar, simply washing your hair using a mixture of baking soda and acv leaves your hair not only looking fresh and full of life, but also feeling silky smooth. Well worth a try.

That’s all I have time for right now, but if you have any other uses of acv please add them to the comments below.
