Apple Cider Vingar – Benefits and Drink Recipe!

Hey guys, so I’m in my kitchen today because I’m going to show you the recipe I use for apple cider vinegar.  So the healing powers of apple cider vinegar are incredible and the amazing thing is that it’s totally natural.

Here are some of the many benefits of apple cider vinegar:

  • Better digestion
  • Weight loss
  • Hair loss

When you’re buying your apple cider vinegar make sure you get one that is unfiltered and contains the mother. What that means is that it’s full of living bacteria and living enzymes as well as malic acid which is so important for removing toxins from our bodies.

In the supermarket you may find cheap products such as this, this has been heated to a high temperature and during the process loses many of its healing properties, this is why we always recommend raw ACV when using it for health reasons.

What you need is

  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Filtered water
  • Organic honey
  • Glass and a spoon
    1. First, take apple cider vinegar and give it a good old shake, next using a tablespoon and 2 spoonfuls to your glass.
    2. Next I like to heat the spoon using hot water (this stops the honey from sticking to it)
    3. Add one spoonful of honey to the glass and mix it with the ACV
    4. Next, fill the glass with water and that’s it, you have one glass of healthy apple cider vinegar & honey that will have you full of energy and feeling great in no time!
