Hi guys today we are going to look into the health benefits of two of my favourite natural products, apple cider vinegar & olive oil. I always love recommending foods as supplements because of the amount of nutrients found in these super foods. Both olive oil and apple cider vinegar are known for their massive health benefits.
So you might be wondering, what is apple cider vinegar? Natural apple cider vinegar is made by crushing fresh, organically grown apple and allowing the to mature in wooden barrels, this boosts the natural fermentation properties of the apples which differ from the refined and distilled vinegars found in most supermarkets.
ACV is an effective, natural bacteria fighting agent that contains many vital minerals and trace elements, all of which are essential for the human body.
Now on to my personal favourit olive oil, I couldn’t go a day without having some olive oil. It’s that healthy. Filled with pollythenoal, monounsaturated fats and one of the world most powerful antioxidants known as Hydroxytyrosol. You need to have this oil in your diet now, I recommend using a mixture of olive oil and ACV as a tasty dressing to have on your healthy summer salads.
